i've tried it and it did nothing for my hair. my aunt tried it and it caused her hair to thin %26amp; fall out. you really can't go on what happened to others, the best thing you can do is trial and error.

dr.miracles works pretty good, but its over rated. i like it but my hair didn't start growing right away. i also use

ampro styling gel

softsheen-carson wave mouveau moisturizing lotion(super light)

b and b super grow( it works!)

dudleys hair and scalp conditioner(light)

pantene relaxed and natural oil cream moisturizer(better on natural hair)

organic root stimulator olive oil sheen spray( makes yiou hair really shiny)

b and b oil moisturizer( not too thick, really fluid)

smooth n' shine curling mousse( keeps hair from being too straight when you blow it out)
