i am getting really bored with my hair. I have natural african american wicked curlyy hair!! Like crazy! any (good) ideas on what i should do to change it without damaging it? I always say that people should use straightening shampoo. I have never tried, but if I wanted straighter hair (I have curly hair too :] ) I would use it. They say that the shampoo works.

it doesnt show on my computer, but if you go to a local stylist, you can look at syles that u like and tell them no chemicals or anything else u dont want

You can get it chemically relaxed by a professional, or have it blowed dried professionally. That way if you dont like it, you didn't permanently change the structure of your hair.

Get the CHI hair straightener...you'll be so happy you did, it can take the most unhealthy horrible to manage hair, to gloriously healthy and shiney looking hair in under 30 minutes.

I got mine on sale and paid 200$ CDN the CHI's are the best but be prepared to pay, its sooooo worth it tho and it works wayyyy better than anyother models i have heard about or tried.

Once a month i go to a hair dresser and i get it deep conditiond wow its so pretty after or you can go too the store and buy a hair cream not sure exactly what its called and straten your hair first of all you HAVE to apply the cream on or your hair will burn and be horrible oh and NEVER get your hair cemicaly relaxed or anything its so bad! or you could also get a weave or the best choice is to get induvidual extecions (braids)it may take along time but you can keep it in for soo long 3-4 months at a time hope this helps !

I agree get the CHI hair straightener.I have used mine for over two years and it works wonders on crazy curly hair.I never have damage using it and I got mine off eBay for only $80 just shop around for the best price, you will be glad you got one.

I understand wanting to get a new look for your hair. I recently got my bangs cut differently and it really changed the way my hair looks! So, you could do something like that, straighten it (I've heard CHIs are very good), or just do something crazy and have fun with it! I don't suggest getting a straight perm, unless you really want it to look different for a long time.
