Just stop getting relaxers. If you're not even going to press it, you'd have to cut it. If you just want to not get a perm, but continue to wear it straight, just press the newgrowth and keep getting your ends clipped and eventually you will trim all the permed hair. This will take a bit, unless you're bold and don't mind wearing a shorter cut.

The only thing you can do is cut the relaxed hair and start from scratch. I tried a mayonnaise concoction years ago that was suppose to strip the relaxer out but it didn't work.

As your hair grows out have your hair clipped at salon a little at the time,until there is no more permed hair.

Keep it conditioned well.
