How can I get rid of these bad hair days?

Ok, I'm African American, but Im mixed with Indian. So my hair texture isnt coarse, but it gets frizzy when I sweat. I dont have a perm, but I got to the salon and they flat iron my hair. It stays pretty for about a week. The the week my hair is ok, but at the back of my hair, by the neck and around my edges it gets really realy frizzy. I dont like doing alot of stuff to my hair, because im scared with would fall out. But im tired of having so many bad hair days. What should I do?

You need to find a good smoothing serum, something with silicone in it, or get a good haircut that works with your natural wave. And deep condition at least once a week, it'll help with the frizz.

You should probably invest in your own flatiron. Then I would look into getting a really good cut from someone very talented. From there, the neck and edges can be touched up with water, drying with a round brush and/or ironing. There also are a lot of products out there that can help do just about anything you can image! Volume, strength, non-frizz, body, etc. etc. There is goop, gel, glue, dippity do, VO5-sprays, misters...on and on it goes. I bet you would look darling in a close cut like Halle Berry!
